This is a list of things that this member named James has done wrong and he needs to be IP banned asap

1. Making hundreds of nonsense topics which is considered spam.
2. Making multiple accounts from the same IP and transferring the points form those accounts to his.
3.Advertising his website and telling people to join it.
4. Sending me a PM saying he can do anything he wants just because he is supposedly Autistic the message is below

As you can see he has clearly broken many rules. And many members believe he should be IP banned and all his topics and posts be deleted.
